Making her look good
What I love about this poster is that at first glance it appears to be about the guy. Big pants, great hat, sweet lean. But then you look again, and it hits you that it’s not at all about him. It’s about her. The heels, the hat, the dress, the sexy. Ta-da!
The whole point of the lead in swing is to keep our attention on the follow. Sometimes, it’s not about you.
